Administrative Services
 We provide both SCA fringe rate allocation and compliance administration, as well as benefit plan administrative services.

SCA Fringe Rate Allocation & Compliance Administration:

  • Receive monthly the hours worked (or "paid for") for all SCA employees.
  • Calculate the monthly fringe contribution for each employee.
  • Allocate the monthly fringe contribution for each employee to the various benefit plans.
  • Provide "Premium Reserve" administration (optional).
  • Provide a "spreadsheet" report broken down by contract, that documents the monthly fringe allocation for all employees.
  • Provide an individual report for each employee, showing their monthly fringe allocation.
Benefit Plan Administration Services: 
  • Serve as a pay point for the collection of fringe contributions/insurance premiums.
  • Process additions, changes, terminations, etc.
  • Prepare insurance billings/contribution reports.
  • Remit payments directly to the various insurance carriers/administrators.
  • Provide COBRA services.
  • Provide HIPAA services.
  • Record keeping and Compliance Services.
  • Section 125 documents and 5500 filing
