How much will it cost me?
All hourly medical plans and programs are free to
the employer.
What if I already have a plan?
Changing plans can be handled without any disruption in benefits
or workflow. Our staff has the experience to switch
plans in a timely and precise way.
My current plan does not have an HRA can I add
one?
Administering our program requires more then setting up
an HRA. Our legal experts have put together a trust document
that is only available to our clients. Programs, which are handled
wrong can, cause problems with the IRS and DOL.
What if I am audited by the DOL?
With over 18 years experience we have assisted many clients with
the recordkeeping needed during an inspection or audit. In fact
going it alone can be costly and difficult. With our technology and
service you will never feel unprepared.
The benefits look great but what about catastrophic
concerns?
By having a Healthfund your employees will have funds to purchase
low cost million-dollar coverage. Our benefit specialist will assist
them all along the way
What do I need to do to administer your
program?
Once a month we will need to know how many hours each
employee worked. Typically there will be a software program handling
payroll or an outsource company. We gather that information along
with a check of the total hours x the fringe. When someone new is
hired let us know and we will get them enrolled or hand them one of
our easy to complete enrollment packages. If someone leaves let us
know and we will handle the COBRA free of charge.
How do we enroll the group?
We offer you several different enrollment options. Group
enrollment where we show up to the site and conduct 15 to
20 minute meetings. Employees are given material and ask to return
them by a certain date. Webinar
enrollments gather satellite employees at the jobsite
and give them a chance to view a live presentation via the Internet.
Call Center where employees are given a payroll
stuffer and asked to call to have their questions and concerns
addressed one on one. Face-to-Face also called one
on one typically these enrollments are for voluntary payroll
deduction products. This is a great time to inform employees about
the benefits they have and the ones being made
available.
